While one of the larger resorts might have all-inclusive options,
Bonaire seems to cater more to the do-it-yourselfer who may cook some
or all meals in the prevalent condo accomodations that have kitchens,
or at least have a vehicle available to drive into town and eat at a
restaurant. That said, quite a few places on your list have onsite
restaurant(s) serving three meals a day so you don't have to leave the
resort at all.
I've stayed at three on your list, Buddy, Capt. Don's, and Den Laman.
Den Laman (and next-door Sand Dollar) are condos with full kitchens.
Buddy and Capt. Dons both offer condo or hotel room options. Each has
an on-site dive shop that could provide scuba instruction, inclusive
breakfast (optional at Den Laman), and onsite restaurant for a la
carte lunches and dinners.

I have to admit Bonaire has more and more appeal
in that it does not seem to be too touristy. I guess this explains the
few options with respect to all-inclusives. I think being able to have
full cooking facilities has it's appeal. I would like to have that
option. Another thing I have notices it the difficulty of getting
flight via tdtravelrewards. I looks like going via Curacao is necessary.
