the coconut telegraph from what I've heard.  However, knowing how BRBR
operates, it is likely to be quick/efficient and not done when they're
brimming full.  September would be a reasonable guess...they're
running a 2 for 1 special on Sept 22-29, and a "Buy 5 Stay for 7"
Specials for Sept 15-22 and Sept 29 - Oct 6, so these would be their
downtimes where they would be more likely.  This also would have had
given them around 2-3 months of leadtime to get construction material
shipped to the island, another important consideration.
