Actually PADI is running an Underwater Terrorism Specialty course in certain Red Sea countries right now on special for only $149. One more badge on the way to Master Insurgent Diver (that assumes you already have taken such classes as Peak Performance Bombing, Surge & Insurge, and Suicide Solo Diver).
