Was wondering if anyone has any experience with diving in this
particular region?

Names of dive shops & accomodations will be appreciated.

I'm not sure if there are any dive shops there. I just looked in the
current edition of Honduras Tips for you, and there are no dive shops
listed in either town. There are, however, more than I can count on the
Bay Islands.
