Bonaire is never too crowded. Winds are a bit more so East Coast diving
may be a challenge. Visibility should be good. I find since doing biz
in the islands since 88 the weeks after Xmas before Feb. are less
traveled. Come on down.

The weather is pretty much the same year round.  It can be a little warm in
March (90*), but it is dry, so should not be an issue  The only other thing
of consequence is that March is often the time quite a few from the
northeast go during spring break to get out of the snow.
