Nevermind
This is the 21st century. What you're looking for no longer exits, if it
ever did.
I know of several places in Florida where, with the right preparation, you
can have a quiet, peaceful safe and thoroughly enjoyable time snorkeling and
diving. If you want nice places to eat and someone to drive the dive boat
for you, you're going to have to settle for touristy locations. You only
get tourist amenities in tourist areas. Sorry.
Charter or buy a boat, something over 30 feet with it's own generator, water
maker, compressor, etc. and spend your month touring the Bahamas. Bring
your checkbook and your credit cards.
