Can someone recommend a great Costa Rica dive spot which is also close
to some canopy tree sightseeing?

We're thinking of renting a car in San Jose after we land and driving
West.  Has anyone done that?  Recommended?

Thanks!

I just returned from Flamingo Beach Costa Rica and dove with Aquacenter
right next to the Flamingo MARINA Resort (as opposed to the Flamingo
Beach Resort)

http://www.aquacenterdiving.com

This is a very professional operation and enjoyed their company.  I
made the mistake of using another "operation" in the area and nearly
had a very bad experience due to their faulty equipment.  My air gauge
started blowing bubbles on my way up and when I got to the surface
their was zero air left in the tank.  Prior to the bubbling, the gauge
indicated more than enough air to surface properly.

Would highly recommend Aquacenter.

Perfect dive planning if you ask me.  Who wants to go home with air still in
their tanks?
