I'm thinking of a liveaboard trip to Thailand/Burma in February or March.  Any
recommendations or thoughts?  Particularly with respect to the Ocean Rover
versus the AquaOne?  Thanks!

I have enjoyed Ocean Rover on two occasions and would recommend it highly. I
have nothing against AquaOne, particularly having never been on it, but I
like the way Mark Strickland operates and having had such great trips on
Ocean Rover have had no reason to seek other services. I return for a
Thailand/Myanmar itinerary January 2004.

I'm going on the Ocean Rover the week before Christmas.  I'll try to post a
trip report.

If you are flexible and have a couple of days free, shop around in Phuket.
Best to do your research before hand though, find out days of departure and
trip quality and then hit the operators that interest you.

I paid less than half the published rate for a trip that I did 2 years
ago....sorry, I can't remember the name of the company.
