Wetsuit weekend diving from Chicago

Hi, I recently moved from London to Chicago. I am looking for a place to go
diving for a weekend. Although I do have a dry suit I would prefer to do
wetsuit diving somewhere. Would it be an idea to fly to FLorida on a Friday
Night. Do some diving on Saturday and fly back on Sunday? Are there other
destinations that are better. Can you please share your experiences and
maybe recomend a place to dive.

Paul,
Unpack the drysuit and head for Lake Michigan. It's close and you'll not
need to be concerned about flying after diving. You might just as well
learn to dive where you live if you want to dive frequently.
