Has anyone used this airline to get from Aruba to Bonaire?  Is it
reliable?  I usually fly Air Jamaica from Newark to Bonaire (through
Montego Bay).  But, since Air Jamaica is stoping all flights to Bonaire
I'm looking for another travel plan.

We used them in July, and they got us back and forth without problems.
The flight from Aruba to Bonaire was a little late, but that's "island
time".

Their website doesn't work, and I think they call themselves Bonaire
Exel. We also found that the published schedule was wrong, and it took
a travel agent familiar with them to sort it out and get us booked.

We flew to Aruba from Philadelphia, and knowing USair's Philly
problems, we planned on spending a night on Aruba and taking the
morning flight to Bonaire. This proved to be the absolute correct thing
to do, as our flight left Philly 3 hours late and we would not have
made the last flight to Bonaire.

I will soon post a trip report. Bonaire is not a place I need to go
back to.

Well, there's always Newark to Houston to Bonaire on Continental. It's
a long (very long) day, though.

You think things will improve after America West takes over?

That's a forboding comment if I ever heard one.

Is that available now? I thought it was going to start in December.

Only if they fire everyone in Philadelphia and start all over with
people who want to do what they get paid for.

I'll try to get a trip report finished in the next day or 2.

It's supposed to start in December.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed.  They
aren't taking bookings yet, or for some other reason their system didn't let
me make a reservation for the several weekend combinations I tried for
March.  So I said to heck with it and booked on the Nekton Pilot out of
Belize instead.  Bonaire is too much damn work.  Work to get there and work
once you're there.  Vacations are supposed to be fun.
