I'm looking for a dive company that offers live-aboard accomadations out of
Ambergris Belize.

I know you asked about Ambergris but Nekton leaves from Belize City.
Excellent boat, crew, and food. Diving is easy and plentiful. Everyday
offers two morning, two afternoon, and an evening dive. You may also
throw in a dawn dive.

Make sure you are diving on a computer - tables won't work - too much
diving.

I would do in a heartbeat - time & money!

You could check with these guys too:

http://www.ambergristours.com/

However, it is likely that they would be trying to book you on the Offshore
Express anyway and you'd be paying them an extra $20-25, for doing that.
