Going to mexico for a few days in Juen, and I'd like to go diving while I'mt
ehre. Have all my personal gear, but I'd need to rent the rest- also, by
myself, so I'd like to go on a group tour.

Does nayone recommend a place down there, that they believe is safe? I do
want to make ti back home again

Thanks!

There's nothing in Tijuana, but just south of Ensenada is a dive shop:

(the author of the piece, Marc Hall, is a GUE instructor and a founder
of the SDUE dive club).

Interesting site guide.  I agree with the cold part, and the viz does open
up after 40' or so.  Dale's also offers panga trips to offshore pinnacles
and nearby Todos Santos Island where I've heard the diving is even better.
However, it's good to check in advance and then cross your fingers when you
get down there.  I showed up one time but Dale had me down for the wrong day
so we didn't have a panga and the shop was closed.  I called a number posted
on the door (thankfully my cell worked down there) and we at least rented a
couple tanks for the shore dive.
