Bonaire Beach and Culture Week: May 15 - 22, 2005

May 15 - 22, 2005, Bonaire will also host Bonaire Beach and Culture
Week.  Windy Lac Bay will be the picturesque setting for a professional
and junior windsurfing event, King of the Caribbean. Spectators will
see a windsurf freestyle frenzy with the best sailors from around the
world competing for cash and prizes.  The entire week is chock full of
parties and fun celebrating the sea and culture of this little island
gem. Activities include the food festival "Taste of Bonaire" on May
15th  held in historic Wilhelmina Park. Local restaurants and chefs go
out all to provide samples of their favorite dishes for guests to
sample. There is a Culture Festival in the oldest town, Rincon on May
21st. Local music and traditional dance are a highlight of this town
