My other half has been twice this year - diving.

The first time she went with a non diving couple who:

sunbathed, snorkelled and swam, had dinner in a Bedouin tent, ate,
played golf, slept, read, went round town - Naama Bay and Old Sharm,
sightseeing, Mt. Sinai I think.

ISTR that Euros, Sterling and USD were all equally acceptable.
