It's been some years ago but I dove there on the Dream Too.  We were
dedicated to finding dolphins, so most of our time was spent running north
every day and back to port every evening.  We did see dolphins!  We were
able to snorkle with them once and observe them from the boat at other
times.

At that time there was a casino in Freeport and some boutique shops.
