I am thinking of going on a liveaboard out of Kavieng, Papua New Guineau
next August. The two options seem seem to be the Paradise Sport with Mike
Ball and the Febrina.

I have dived previously with Mike Ball - the Spoilsport to the Coral
Sea, any one been on the Febrina or heard anything to compare them?

Thanks

No.....but flew into Kavieng,,,,,,,,,tiny airport if you can call it that,
runway in a field.......and an old tractor to pull the gear of the plane.

The diving out of Kavieng was awesome, great walls, sea as flat as a sheet
of glass.....30C+ water temp, it has the highest average all year round
water temp.......as i say, the sea was flat but underneath the current was
raging........great for watching Pilot Whales and Dolphins.....

I had a "moment" on one dive when seperated from my buddy.........my body
still pumps adrenalin I'm glad to say.

Why did separation from your buddy cause you an adrenaline rush?

I've done some of my most relaxed diving solo.
