The only regular fitness regimen you'll find in Coz is dodging the
drunks attempting to find their way back to their crusie ships. I've
also heard scuba diving is somewhat popular in a few places. :P

You can always exercise in your hotel room if you are that keen to
work out. Things you don't need a fitness center for include but are
not limited to:
pushups,
situps/crunches
isometrics
walking/jogging
shadow boxing
squats
jumping jacks
stretching

There was about 6 months ago. May not be by now. You can also get "passes" to
use the facilities at almost any hotel/resort.
I see lots of responses re the walk between downtown and the hotel zone.
Depending on where you're staying, that's a great cardio idea. It's a 35-45
minute fast walk to La Cieba.
Have fun.

You can reach your target heart rate just crossing the street near La
Cieba. =:( ) I think that's why the bridge over the street was built. :)

Casa Del Mar has the only john within 300 yards, so you have to make the
beeline over there if you're on the water side.
Don't see a lot of people using the bridge.
