You obviously lack passion.  Deep passion.

"Michael can often be found giving lecture's [sic] at local dive clubs and
local shops, as well as he can be found [sic] touring the country offering
free DIR Demo's [sic]. His most recent passion has been assisting the GUE
Training Director, Andrew Georgitis as [sic] the two have been traveling the
globe teaching GUE classes to enthusiastic and passionate audiences
worldwide. . . . Overall, his passion is exploration, coupled with a deep
sense of appreciation for the commitment and attention to detail that deep
exploration mandates."  [sick]

Do you think instructor's resume's should reflect attention to detail?

Not when the passion is so apparent.  Detail's only matter on video.

I thought it fit perfectly. It's hard to fake a video :)
