Under Florida law, that palm frond wielding criminal was fair game for
deadly force. He's very lucky to still be
alive. Then again, it did happen in DeLand, not exactly the worlds most
urban city. If you've made trips to
Blue Springs, you know where DeLand is. I lived there for three years while
I attended Stetson University.

When I saw your comments on this, I figured I'd wind up responding "you
can't here either," but having seen the
clip, I have to admit, nothing I've seen here compares. Unbelievable.
Where do you find this stuff?

If that were my kid, there would be no computer after strike 2, period.
The court basically signed her permission slip, overruling dad. Canadian
taxpayers footed the bill for the lawyer for mom and the kid, burying dad
financially while castrating him all at the same time.
And mom gets custody...
I vote for giving the kid to the f.cking judge.
The 12 year old will be either locked up or knocked up by 16 and dad will
get the bill. The courts just told her and all other kids that they dont
have to mind their parents or obey house or societal rules and laws, and
told parents all they are is cash cows.
Watershed of things to come for all of us due to the whinings of the
socialist milksops, and the 3 ring divorce court spectacle.

News. I read a bunch of different news outlets every morning and quite a few
blogs.
I even try and swing by some of the leftist blogs like Huffington and Kos,
but I can only stomach so much of the insanity, grandiose self delusion and
the willingly embraced outright lies represented at such sites.

It was the teacher, the mom and a court appointed attorney who decided that
dad had no balls.
Got into a roll with stepmom 1st.
And, of course (illustrating what We have been saying all along);
"This trip will not be possible next year," said Ms. Fortin. "It's the end
of elementary school. It'll never come back. It's once in her life." [kinda
like getting snagged up by an online pedophile...]
She also said it is an isolated case, and disagreed that the ruling would
open the door for other children to rush to court whenever parents try to
punish them.
"It's very, very rare," she said, adding that she finally decided to present
the petition to the court last Friday because the girl's trip was planned
for Monday

I have stayed in DeLand a few times while diving in Fla. Most recently
this March while diving 40 Fathoms and Blue Grotto. My dive buddy has a
friend who has a place in Deland.
