Dear Sirs:
I understand that your Feb 2008 issue named "Outdoor Eyes" as one of
the top new websites.
Unfortunately, some dishonest person, writing from the email address
of "marketing@outdooreyes.com" is now SPAMMING multiple USENET
newsgroups with this information.
They're posting from IP address 74.211.54.61 (New York City).
Suggest that you contact Philip Tulin at Outdooreyes and see if it is
his policy to condone UCE/SPAM, and if not, how quickly is he going to
take legal action against the individual who must be fraudulently
posting from his domain (the above IP address is sufficient to proceed
with a Civil Lawsuit).
I also trust that you will notify your readers of this event, so that
they can make up their own minds if to support a SPAMMER.
