kramercomplaints - 18 Nov 2007 02:43 GMT
To whom it may concern:

We have decided that the time has come to take positive action against
Mr. Steve Kramer.

With this in mind we have established a gmail account

kramercomplaints@gmail.com

to which complaints against Mr. Kramer can be addressed. When
sufficient complaints have been accumulated a report will be made to
the Chiang Mai police regarding Mr. Kramer's activities. Provided that
the police find sufficient cause the case will then be referred to the
Chiang Mai court.

Assuming that said case comes before the court we will appeal to the
court to impound Mr. Kramer's passport together with his wife's as
both are foreigners and have the means to flee the country. We will
also request that Mr. & Mrs. Kramer's bank accounts be frozen pending
the outcome of the court case.

As Mr. Kramer has evidenced extremely vindictive tendencies I
recommend that initially anyone have complaints against Mr. Kramer
make them through anonymous e-mail accounts, but of course once
sufficient complaints have been collected it will be necessary that
they be authenticated prior to presenting them to the police as
evidence for the police report.

Regarding costs, no costs will accrue to anyone making a complaint.
One of my younger nephews has recently graduated from law school and
is prepared to undertake this case for expenses only and as, for the
moment, such expenses would amount to an occasional trip from Bangkok
to Chiang Mai they are nominal (cheap, actually) and individuals
making complaints will not be asked to contribute anything other then
the time necessary to type a complaint and e-mail it.

If, as hoped, we can bring the case to court we can then ask the court
to investigate Mr. & Mrs. Kramer's financial affairs to determine
whether his life style and taxes paid correspond and whether his
"business" is conducted in accordance with Thai law. If, for example,
Mr. Kramer escorts photographers on "shoots" the court may construe
this to mean that Mr. Kramer is acting as a tour guide in clear
violation of Thai law in which it becomes another court case for him
to answer.

In closing I might point out that while my costs will be minimal, a
couple of air tickets to Chiang Mai, Mr. Kramer's will be
substantially higher. My nephew is both a lawyer and a court approved
translator, and during the recent crash of the Thai baht when his
father's business went dormant I paid his collage tuition and he now
has the chance to show Old Uncle how much he appreciated that. Mr.
Kramer, on the other hand will have to hire his lawyers and
translators, which for extended court cases can cost a substantial
amount.

It sounds that way because that's what it is. Actually, it's an attempt to
damage Steve by whatever means, in whatever manner, he can. It is clearly
not Steve that is vindictive, but the poster.

As it happens, the lawyers won't get a chance to like or dislike what is
going on, at least not without a lot of effort on Steve's part, perhaps
assisted by those of us, all around the world, who recognize obsessive
behavior for the mental problem it is. Unfortunately, the police, in some
countries, do not have the authority, or the will, to deal with the insane
and the medical authorities don't have the resources. Such is life.
