We have an interesting situation in Philly.
A creep was arrested for raping a prostitute. Went to trial and waved
a jury. Prosecution made their case. When the judge ruled, she reduced
the charge from rape to "stealing professional services" and basically
let the clown walk. To add salt to the sore the judge was re elected
in last Tuesday's election.

And you are surprised, Why. If I remember right, didn't Philly also elect a
mayor and a police chief who formed their own bomber command and bombed
buildings. And the police chief later went on to become one of the most
corrupt mayors in any major city outside of New Jersey. (all democratics).
