Say Hey:

I am willing to wager that Steve Kramer, an American citizen, will not
attend the Armistice Day ceremony on November 11, 2007. I am willing
to wager two to one, 2:1. Minimum bet $100 or Thai baht equivilent.
Now no Tom Foolery guys. I'll have my attorney draw up the agreement
and the attorney will hold the purse. I'll pay all attorney fees.The
purse will go to a Thai government charity and/or NGO here in Chiang
Mai. Gentlemen: PLACE YOUR BETS!
