There's an email address on Charlie's website, but we don't have a
letter together yet.

The points in any letter should include:

1. Is SoFla really such an ignorant and impoverished area that we cannot
upgrade our infrastructure?

2. When we turn on the shower and salt water comes out, will the water
companies let us bathe in the outfalls?

3. Why are we still spending taxpayer money to hire biostitutes to do
studies that try to counter 38 years of world wide agreement that
sh.tting on the reefs and beaches is not a real good idea?

The end of the world is near for the outfalls but there's a digging in
of the heels, especially in Dade and Broward. Palm Beach County has been
converted, though final closing of the Boynton/Delray outfall is about
two years away and Boca Raton could be as much as five.

Even an outright win in Dade and Broward would mean at least another 3-4
years of nutrient-rich discharge, another half a trillion gallons dumped
on the reef, another half a trillion gallons out of the aquifer and into
the ocean.
