Hi Dan,
Thanks for posting. The islanders were highly excited about the
hurricane which amounted to a morning of rain, astonishingly little
wind and surf that was flat the next day. Felix passed some 80
kilometers north of us. Dean's surf was actually heavier and lasted at
least 3 days.
Yes, I am up for a dive. We had discussed Wednesday. I joined the
American Women's Club of Curacao. They have a "Out to Lunch" date that
Wednesday. Could we make it at 3PM and/or Monday or Tuesday? Somehow
I missed Bob when he stayed at the lodge. I wouldn't think you could
miss me. We have a large green house that says Sol Food on the sign.
If you or your party likes anything in particular foodwise, let me
know. I change the menu every week, especially side dishes and can
plan ahead if you'd like to come to dinner on the weekend. Since we've
had more rain this month than last, there are some mosquitoes; bring
some long pants and closed shoes for at night.
I haven't heard of anyone here who witnessed any coral spawning. My
husband is back in the states so I need to find dive partners. The one
night dive I tried to plan didn't go out so I have no news on that
event. Maybe next month?
Have a safe flight.

Nice website. And your name really is Sunshine. I thought it was a
nickname.
I'll give you a call sometime on Sunday and we'll work out the details
of a dive. Until then I won't know what transportation is available
to me. I'm not renting a vehicle for a week.
