I got myself a hood for winter diving. The hood is a Pinnacle, and has
a trimmable edge. Turns out that the edge comes up over my lower lip,
and I need to triim it. I was wondering the best way to do that.
Should a use scissors, a razor blade, etc? Also, since the lower edge
has a seam I will cut through, should I do anything special with it?

Thanks ahead of time.

DO NOT cut the seam if you can avoid it.

If you have to, take it back and get a hood that fits, next size smaller
probably.

It doesn't matter.  Just trim it the easiest way you can.

just fold it back for now.  You might see a benefit to having that
part that comes up over your chin, once you hang out in chilly water
for awhile. Assuming of course that the hood fits.  You might want to
try a size smaller.  You don't want a roomy fit here.
