Curacao Sunshine - 22 Jul 2007 14:53 GMT
Sunshine here, lurking about the message board. While I do not have
any GPS info, I did get a great book from either Barnes & Noble or
Amazon titled The Dive Sites of Aruba, Bonaire & Curacao by Jack
Jackson that lists all the dive sites. While it's pretty generic
and.... some sites numbers don't quite match the ones on the maps you
get here it covers them all. I also ordered a Berndtson laminated map
of Curacao that I love at the same time. Beware, the ostrich farm is
mislabeled. Curacao is much like Bonaire in that almost all of the
sites can be reached by shore. Happy planning. If you are staying in
Westpunt or plan to dive Kalki (Alice In Wonderland) give us a call or
stop by the house; 011-599-9-864-0005/ Playa Kalki G-1-A. It's big and
green with sunshines to lead the way from the main road. Sunshine
Oh, there is a guy on the island who has CDs of old maps (before GPS
days) of the island. He has an interesting web site (no diving). The
map address is: www.vrcurassow.com Harrie's personal site is
www.thelooniverse.com Check him out.
