Say Hey: I have offered to meet Steve Kramer face to face at Chiang Mai Tourist Police Station where he works out of. But he has backed down again, as expected. I remember way back some Ozzie sailors came back on an American warship, as soon as they hit shore they almost ran to the stores to get some Ozzie food.
