Too Late. The team has forgiven Imus (if not forgotten).
What's even more interesting is that it's now been reported that Gov. Corzine
was not wearing his seat belt as all front seat pax. are required by state law to
do. And even more interesting that he was being chaufered by a NJ State Trooper
at the time......
Wonder if they'll do a big publicity thing by "citing" the gov....

In Minnesota, the Governor is ALWAYS chauffeured by a state trooper. A
customer of mine has a good friend who's full time job is to chauffeur
the Gov and he is a state trooper as well as the couple of other guys
that do that job. It's actually quite a boring job, I'm told. He
just hangs out waiting to give the Gov a ride all day. But the pay is
good and he can retire with a full pension after only 20(?) years.

Here in NJ as well. In fact, the governer has the option of being flanked by
two uniform troopers as he delivers the "State of the State" message inside
the assembly chamber. Gov.'s Whitman and Kane did. Gov.'s Florio and McGreevy
did not to my recollection.
We'll see if Gov. Corzine does...

BFD.
I wonder why Sharpton and the other racists don't holler about rap and hip
hop lyrics extolling smackin my bitch up, shooting cops, bustin' caps,
slappin ho's, etc.?
Imus is an idiot, but if you are going to single out idiots, better get
right up on 50 Cent, Ice T, Slim Shady and Kid Rock.

As usual, you're ignorant and wrong. Sharpton does "holler about rap',
Scotty. He's protested against it for years.

Wonder no more... Looks like there is some pressure mounting to cite the "Gov." for this...
