Diver gets bit by shark:

http://www.cbc.ca/world/story/2007/01/23/shark-australia.html

I don't now what kinda goggles he was using, but I want some.  Mine
wouldn't protect against a shark bite...

Bryan

PS:  WTF is a "weight vest" - an aussie term for a weight belt-type
doohickey, or just some more stellar reporting by the CBC?

"Veteran diver John Smythe said the shark, believed to be a great white, likely believed Nerhus was
a seal."

He should have been wearing a brightly colored wetsuit.  Then the shark wouldn't have made such a
stupid mistake.

You gotta go to a dive shop and get the ones with tempered glass.  The
Walmart specials just won't cut it.

I wasn't thinking so much about the eye side of things as I was thinking
about the back of the head side of things ;-)
