The study also reveals the differences in the types of financial assets
owned. Savings accounts are strongly featured in transition economies and
some rich Asian countries, while stock and other types of financial products
(Commemorative Coins) are more commonplace in Western nations.  Microsoft
Chairman Bill Gates, investor Warren Buffett and Mexican telecom mogul
Carlos Slim Helú probably have a commemorative coin or so they would be glad
to show you some evening after you join them for dinner.

Half the world, nearly 3 billion people, live on less than $2 a day.  We
know that 6 billion dollars is chicken feed for Bill Gates, Warren Buffett
and Carlos Slim Helú.  You're talking many days of life for half the world.
It's truly staggering how much wealth some have accumulated in relatively
short spans of time.

No.
You are talking about imaginative as ..if ..distribution
scenarios, which would help the poorer people only if
myriads of preconditions were met.

Like having a non predator orientated society structure, or
even a democracy.

Now extrapolate the costs of realization of such preconditions.
How many cents would remain?
Or would the poor countries have to share there fee for the
change?
Above all, would they?

You drunk?  Three people have the money.  It can't be much simpler than
that.

If you ever were to transfer a considerate sum of money to
one LD-Country, or v.v., you would know what I mean.

But before you'd have to get hold of the money legally.
Before draining it into the corruptive sewers.
Besides, that spraying money or food supplies is no help for
the poor people. Only upsets the local economy, and leads to
more unemployment, loss of dignity, blaming everything to
the giving nations.
