I believe there was a thread here a while ago about group t-shirts. Were
they made? I was interested in getting one. Thanks.

If there is a design already drawn up I can have the shirts made and I will
distribute them. Anyone know or maybe we need to submit some prototypes and
vote.

It's a relatively simple design: "I know it all!" is across the top.  Then
there is the republican elephant with a large NRA sticker stuck on its a.s.
On the bottom is the logo "love it or leave it."  The elephant has a smile
on its face and appears to be dancing in a sea of the pills Rush Limbaugh
was accused of abusing.

So says kenny-benny, 10 year RS "contributor".

Hey, Ken, I'm in Fargo, let's do lunch this week!

Submit prototypes and vote.

Lets see how long that takes.

Then you'll need American, Canadian and European versions.

That was me.

We already did one run of shirts, but there was not enough interest to
justify me doing another minimum run.

Odd thing is, this project seems to be defined and divided directly on
political party lines...

You'd have to do two runs; one for the majority, and one for the politically
correct crowd.

I've lost interest and don't have the time, but it's a free world, and
anyone who wants to pick up the torch and run with it is more than welcome
to do so.

Asleep at the wheel?

Still have one, lost my a.s on the deal, and the one I have left is promised
to Luann.

Gang,

I ran into an old bud who makes really nice silk-screened artwork, and I got
him to agree to do a short run of T-shirts,
which he is normally loathe to do. I have been working with him on a one off
shirt for rec.scuba readers:

http://www.selchie.com/tshirt.htm

I am only going to make as many of these as are ordered, and not again.

I am going to hold the order logs open until 15 November, then have the
shirts made and shipped, hopefully for all to arrive
by Christmas.

A small way of recognizing what a truly unique and special group we have
here ('short bus' special)...
