Hi,

I have a week off between Xmas and New Year's and want to go diving to
escape the holiday madness. I'm live in the northeast, so the Caribbean
or Mexico would be ideal. Anyone have any good recommendations for a
liveaboard or dive resort that won't cost me $2K? I'm traveling solo
and have a passport. I'm not adverse to roughing it, I just want to be
warm, mellow, and with the fishies, first and foremost. 4 star
accomodations are nice but hardly necessary. I'd like to spend no more
than a grand if possible.
