Wasn't he part founder of the welfare state?. He was slow to warn
against the menace of fascism and relied heavily on his charm. Oh
yeah, he decided that the federal government should be in charge of
social security and economic reform. I've been partially quoting some
of the stuff I've read about Teddy. Peronally, I kind of think he was

Franklin. Teddy was one of the best presidents we ever had.
