South Fla divers fees

I just read in the paper today that the SFCRI south florida coral reef
initiatiive is proposing diver fees to fund itself. The article is in the Sun
sentinel at the bottom of the outdoors page. The meeting is on tues 5:30-8:30
at the IGFA, for a copy of the agenda e-mail paula.l.allen@dep.state.fl.us.
One more freedom on the chopping block.   Let them know how you feel.

Here's a link to the proposed legislation. Section 5 is the added section that
relates to dive fees.
