Fastest route to Tobermory?

Hi,
I'm planning on going to Tobermory this week and I am looking at maps
on how to best get there.

Looks like 3 possible routes from my location (Stratford area, between
Kitchener and London) - the main highway would be to go East to the #6,
up through Owen Sound and then cut over towards the Bruce Peninsula,
but there are lesser highways with more direct looking routes on the
map which are the #3  or the #10 (which looks like it goes straight up
to the 6 on the Bruce).

Any idea which will get me there quickest - go out of my way to get on
the fastest road, or stick to the lesser roads and go straight up?

Anyone have any experience with this?
Thanks in advance!

Depends on where you're coming from. Email me.

I'm in Stratford. There's a great route using backroads but it's tricky
and unless you're starting from here it's probably not the best. From
here it's a 3 hour drive.

No kidding. I was in fact pretty impressed that Canadian soldiers could
look so ... well, soldierly, and I don't say that with any disrespect.
All we see around here are the kids in cadets and a few part-time
soldier types who run the cadet program, and frankly, I have a problem
seeing them fitting into those videos you cited.

There's a lot of pressure here to pull the troops out of Afghanistan.
As usual there are a lot of arguments pro and con about being there.  I
hope that folks here can see the difference between those guys doing
their job, bravely from what I saw in the videos, and the politicians
and special interest groups playing politics.

 That's because you're a clueless a.shole, living in a fantasy world,
unable to grasp the simplest concepts unless they fit neatly into your
pre-conceived, blindered, narrow and sophomoric pseudo-reality.

That's a bold claim, considering your life membership in the latter group.

he just always thinks of the a.s first.
what an unusual perspective he has.

no wonder he is the butt of so much humor.

get a clue, dimwit.
go buy a great pair of slacks.
get out your club cleaning kit, and clean your clubs.

popeye probably has no interest in my nose.
unlike you, I have no interest in popeyes a.s.
unlike you, his mind is far more interesting.
unlike you, he thinks.
unlike you, he learns.
unlike you, he makes sense.
unlike you, his values deserve respect.
unlike you, his history is constant and logical.
