Has any of you seen or used one of these?

If so, what did you think?

Yes, I have a couple.  Thay are very compact, easy to zip to your tank for a
night light, positive on/off.

Yup, not for diving thom but they are compact easy to use camping lights. I

Absolutely, I use them and love them.
I'm easy to see to other divers, one night a friend and I were a long way
from each other but he could just make out the glow from the glo-toob. He
said if he hadn't seen that, he prob wouldn't have found me, so it worked in
that instance.
Very bright little lights, great for gearing up as well, they just cast a
glow around your tanks, more than enough to kit up by.
Batteries last for ages.

A nervous wreck.
