Going to try and dive Ille De Royale this summer. Ille De Royale is in
Lake Superior.
It is a US State Park island that should be part of Canada but isn't.
IT is part of Michigan even though Minnesota is within sight of the
island.
The wrecks are suppose to be great.
Can't find any dive boats that service the island.

It'd probably help if you got the name of your intended destination right:
Isle Royale
Now do a Google search on that plus SCUBA

There are at least two dive boats that service the island: The RLT Diver and
another that I can't remember the name of. (Maybe it was Superior Diver.)
RLT books thru dive shops and direct. You can try on line for additional
information. RLT offers rec and tech diving but not on the same trips (that
I'm aware of.) More trips are rec than tech. Go to rltdivers.com and see
what's on the web page. It looks like they have a new vessel since last I
dove with them. Scuba Dive and Travel in Minneapolis has or had spots for
both rec and tech. I received an email today advertising same. That web
address is scubadiveandtravel.com. If you follow that link and click trips
you can see prices and dates for rec and dates for tech. Space was very
limited for tech but the new vessel looks to have substantially more room
than the old boat.

Thanks - last year I tried a couple of boats but I guess I left it too
late in the season, all filled up, even midweek stuff. Will try this
month. Thanks
