Scuba Locations near Liberia, Costa Rica

I will be traveling to Liberia, Costa Rica in 2 weeks and will be
staying in that town.

Can anyone recommend some scuba locations at the nearby beaches.?

try playa de el coco,or tamarindo,I have never been,but I hear from the
locals the bat and cat islands are very good diving.Pete

We dove this summer in Liberia. Located at the Flamingo Marina Resort
is Aqua Center Diving which treated us GREAT and showed us some cool
dives by Catalina Island nearby. Very professional and friendly!

DON'T miss as well Sailfish/Marlin fishing with the Wetass II (Capt
Sonny Koscis) http://www.wetass2.com/

Sonny is the best in Costa Rica!
