They called today to investigate and ran tests this evening with my
front desk clerk. Apparently they too feel that the issue is with the
cendant gateway, but were reticent to definitively state that. However,
the tech did find very slow response times from Cendant's servers, and
feels that this issue is fixable on Cendant's end (or so I understood).
More to follow as I get it.
