need help

Hi i run a free web site on scuba diving. http://www.divesitenet.com
And i need a bit of help to determind the direction the site should take.
I run this site alone but am looking for parteners. The site has met mix
review and i dont know where to take it from here. I ahve doubble the site
trafic this year but that realy not enought.

What resource can i add? Should i expand or trim down?

The shitty part about the site is that it's a copy of scubadiving.com.
I looked at a couple articles and they were just cut and paste from
RSD's site.

I sympathize with you on the difficulty of setting up a good site but
if you're simply going regurgitate things from another site (a well
know site none the less) what's the point?

The site takes forever to NOT load. Haven't see it yet as it simply
dies. My internet connection is verified operating AOK - it's this site
that's a POS.
