Now I know the BVIs aren't famous for the diving, but I will be chartering a
38 ft catamaran...so I'll pick up a few tanks...drop overboard near Norman
Island and the Dogs...nice and easy...get a few interesting dives in, then
back on the cat for gin & tonics.

Dont forget the floating bar in The Bight (if it is still there). Body shots
are a ritual.
There are a few "caves" (nothing special) around Norman that I dove, and
there is a lot of life around the island rocks and shallows, but, yeah the
diving isnt anything real special. Probably the best casual diving is around
the SW end and Angelfish reef (locals can probably give you GPS to find it)
The Rhone is not far away, and worth the trip if you can arrange it.

Hope you have a great time Jim.
I figured there wasn't any place in the Carribean that hasn't had the
hell beat out of it by a hurricane this year.

Andy - I think the BVIs are the only islands spared this year. Now only if
nothing brews up next week!

Don't count on it. I would be surprised if they were in TS Omega by the
time you got there the way this year has been going.
