Scott,

For some reason I thought you were a fan of decoplanner or v-planner.

I happen to like GAP as well.

It all depends on what you want to use it for, i.e. decompression planning,
dive logging, asset management of gear, gas blending, downloading from your
dive computer etc.

BE MORE SPECIFIC.

Or accidently enter scubase.org and go to dreamdives site as well. I
wouldn't even bother to download such a blantent attempt at
misdirection. I might crack it and make it available for free however -

Oh god, what a frustration we have here! Maybe you need some diving
time to relax?

One relaxing activity is to identify blatant spammers.

For example, when we look at spsc's Profile:
http://forums.deeperblue.net/member.php?action=getinfo&userid=2519

Gosh, all 13 of his lifetime posts are shilling himself & this product.

Of course, there are some idiots who think that any product exposure is
a "good" thing.  Then there's the people who will go give his software a
very bad review in TuCows just because he's a Spammer.

Well some people have some strange ways of spending their time.

NO this isn't my software! But sorry I do love it and I do use for 3
years now, and sorry I like to help and suggest SharkPoint when people
ask what log software I like... But thank you for calling me a spammer,
NOT!

But you'll start threads Asking what software people like just so you
can push Your fav -
http://forums.deeperblue.net/showthread.php?t=56624

and wonder of wonders - it's the only one you've ever started, also you
never post anything Except about That software. If you don't own it, YOU
need a new hobby!

Does look like quite a good product though.

Any body have any thoughts on features which would be usefull but dont
some to be covered by these products yet ?

A feature I want to build into my program is the ability to connect it
to various dive computers without the need for a load of different
cables for each manufacturer. Well thats what I'm lookinginto anyway.

Dave.
