Cayman? You mean Little Cayman, we should assume. Kidding aside, any list
would be completely subjective opinions. Be specific. What exactly are you
looking for? And fwiw, you can't put Cayman, Cozumel or the GB above
Micronesia (Truk, Palau etc...) or even Phuket probably. And where is New
Jersey on your list? Come on, now!

Wasnt suppose to be an actual list - just an idea of the sort of thing I am
looking for? i havent got a clue of the order - thats what I am looking for?
