I bought snorkel fins online (full foot fins by Dacor).  I am a women's
9.  I bought size 7-9 which I figured had to fit me... lo and behold
they are a bit big... they don't fall off of me, but there is some
room.... any ideas of what I can do to make them fit me snugger?  Can I
put something by the toe to fill up space?  Or around my ankle?  Or any
ideas for aqua/water socks?  Any ideas would be helpful!

When I fly, my feet swell.  I know this because I have to unlace my shoes
more than usual to put them back on.

Perhaps you could try flying before you snorkel.

If they don't fall off, they're prolly OK. They should not be tight.

You can try wearing an old pair of sweatsocks, or the soft
booties available online or in dive shops.

If they are a loose fit then you need to take the PADI loose foot and fin
certification course. Then you will be qualified to dive with them.
