Paying for it is not a problem. Finding a place to pay is. The PADI site
is down and this being a trial, I can only log three dives. My question
was, where else can I get (by any means) the key to unlock this program.

Did you call 800-PAY-PADI? They seem all too eager to take my money
for just about anything.
