I've been meaning to post my own fish ID question. I saw this fish while at Cocoview
in Roatan and can't find it in Humann's Reef Fish book. I'm figuring it's some type
of blenny. A few gobies have the typical blenny shape, but are mostly smaller. This
guy is probably about 3".

First, went to CoCo View last June. Put up our group tee shirt
on the wall and had a great time.
Could be a Sharptail Goby but they do get about 8".

I've been informed quite reliably that it's a filament blenny, Emblemaria hyltoni.
It's a very uncommon species that at present is only known to exist in Roatan and
Utila.
