The a.sholes use cell phones to command detonate IED's. This EOD (Explosive
Ordinance Disposal) tech had just placed a charge against an IED and
detonated it, and upon return found that the a.sholes had been trying to set
it off as he was destroying it. Maybe the picture didn't load for you:

I saw the picture, but I was still confused. Do the "ragheads" use cell
phones with English-language displays?

yes they do, but Scott said a.shole(s) not raghead. Wishful thinking,

Remember the factory all printed in English in GWB1? It was non-arabic too.
