Does anyone know if the housing for the Sony DSC P150 digital camera,
housing model MPK-PHB, will work with the new DSC P200 camera?  The specs.
for the P200 say that it is thicker than the P150.  The controls look to be
in the same spots, but it is hard to be sure from pictures.  Sony has no
info. about an underwater housing for the P200.  I was going to get the
P150, but Sony has announced the P200, with a larger LCD and a lower list
price than the P150.

I'd guess not, but you might try calling Sony if you really want an answer.

Asking Google is a lot quicker. It only took .38 seconds to get a list that indicates
that at least one retailer says the P-200 fits the same housing. If I was going to
buy it I'd read the return policy closely and/or buy from a retailer who says it will
fit, even if their price is a few bucks higher.

I was told the same thing here in THailand, however when I actually
made him take them both out of the dispay case and try it they didnt
work together, buttons are in difrent spots close but he couldnt make
the one i saw fit.
I suppose they will come out with a case soon enough though.

I received this response from Henry's Camera:

Hello,

Thank you for your email!! Sony may come out with a new hosing for the
P200.  This depend on if they can adjust the mounting position inside the
PHB housing or not.  The lens of the camera has to come as close to
center in the housing window as possible.  This is generally done with
mounting adapters.  If this is not possible, a new hosing is likely to
come. (No guarantees on this of course.)  If you have any questions,
please feel free to contact us. Thank you for your email!!

Sincerely,
