Continuing Education Help SSI and Padi

I just completed my Open Water with SSI and need to know if there is any red
tape to continue education with Padi. Can anyone shed some light? Thank

Pretty sure there's no red tape, just a bunch of (green) paper with numbers
on it.

No prob. But why, if you've already got a good relationship with an
SSI shop, would you suddenly go to PADI? And I'm a PADI instructor.
